Croissant Sandwiches Recipe
These croissant sandwiches are definitely the best ones that you will ever taste, believe me! Add some savor and spice to your weekend brunch or breakfast. It is easy enough that anyone can make them and the flavor combo is amazing!
Ingredients
- 2 large Croissants
- 4 spicy Hot dogs
- 1 tbsp Cooking oil
- fresh parsley, to taste
- 1/4 cup (20 grams) Capers
- 4 clove of Garlic
- 3/4 cup (70 grams) Gouda cheese
- Salt and peper, to taste
Instructions
- Add oil to skillet and heat on high. Add sliced hot dogs and after 30 seconds add sliced cloves of garlic. Cook for approximately 1 minute, stirring occasionally.
- Then add chopped fresh parsley and Capers to skillet, season to preference with salt and pepper, and cook for 1 minute. Remove everything from the skillet and put it in a medium bowl.
- Cut croissants into two halves. Make the bottom half a little bigger so that you can make a little dent to put your stuffing into. Add croissant halves in the same skillet and grill for 30 seconds.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Remove croissants from the skillet and arrange the bottom half of croissants in a single layer on a large baking sheet, lined with parchment paper.
- Put hot dog stuffing into the bottom half of the croissant and top it with sliced cheese.
- Now, toast the sandwiches in the oven just until the cheese starts to melt.
- Remove from oven and add top half of your croissant. Serve immediately and enjoy.
