No-Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake
This No-bake chocolate biscuit cake is a must-try treat. If you crave something sweet that also has chocolate in it, I highly recommend having a go at this no-bake chocolate biscuit cake.
Ingredients
- 500g crushed biscuits
- 100 g of powdered sugar
- 60g cocoa
- 50g melted butter
- 200ml milk
- 100g chocolate
- 30g pistachios
Instructions
- In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients (biscuits crumbs, cocoa, and powdered sugar), and mix them together.
- Then add milk and melted butter and mix until combined.
- Place mixture on parchment paper and form a cake with your hands.
- Use that paper to wrap your cake and place it in the fridge to cool for 2 hours.
- Once cooled, slice your cake into pieces (1-1 1/2 inches thick).
- Melt chocolate.
- Put a layer of melted chocolate and sprinkle it with chopped pistachios (optional).
Notes
If you don`t like pistachios, you can use any nuts you like.
